When considering what is needed for a functional BC/DR program we often focus on business impact analysis, business continuity plan development, and other activities which may look like accomplishments. In reality, these items alone do not make the organization truly better prepared.

In this session, we will discuss what the BC/DR program can do to be better prepared to ensure continuity and functional capability and why the answer is not just “a bunch of documentation”.
